QuickBooks is the most popular accounting software for small businesses. QuickBooks is used to create estimates and invoices, receive payments, pay bills and manage payroll and more. This all day class covers the fundamentals of using QuickBooks to track the finances of a small business. You will learn how to set up a new company, manage bank account transactions, maintain customer and vendor information, generate reports, and write and print checks. You will also learn how to create invoices and credit memos, add custom fields, set up budgets, and learn about data backup/protection. Basic computer skills are required.

It is important to check your credit report at lease annually to make sure your accounts are reporting accurately and if they’re not we can guide you through the process to get your back on track. Contact Family Financial at 307-789-2010 or stop by the day before the class to have your free credit report pulled. Your report will be provided to you during class time.
