American Heart Association created this class for anyone who needs to learn CPR, including corporate and retail employees, security, law enforcement, daycare professionals, or anyone else who needs a course completion card in CPR / AED. American Heart Association Heartsaver is designed to prepare a wide variety of people who, as first responders may need to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the workplace or similar settings. This class will give you the information you need to give CPR in a safe, timely, and effective manner to an adult, child, or infant. It also provides information on using an AED for adults and children over 1 year of age. American Heart Association First Aid is dedicated to helping reduce the number of deaths due to emergency events. With this basic first aid class students will learn they can make a difference in the lives of others. You might even save the life of someone you know. During this class you will cover first aid basics; medical emergencies, injury emergencies and environmental emergencies. This class is designed for Adult First Aid

The AARP Smart Driver Course, offered by AARP Driver Safety, is the nation's largest classroom driver safety course and is designed especially for drivers age 50 and older. You'll learn how you can manage and accommodate common age-related changes in vision, hearing and reaction time. You may be eligible to receive an insurance discount upon completing the course, so consult your insurance agent for details. AARP membership is not required to take the course and there are no tests to pass. The classroom course costs $15 for AARP member and $20 for nonmembers. Students pay the instructor on the day of class. 

AHA Heartsaver CPR Adult/Child/Infant and AED

American Health & Safety Institute's Child & Babysitting Safety

Did you know that 8 out of 10 surveyed parents would prefer a trained baby sitter? Are you looking to become a baby sitter for family, friends of the family, or your neighbors? Start your babysitting on the right foot and learn how to be a safe, a professional, and a reliable sitter. This program is designed to focus on proper supervision, basic caregiving skills, and responding to ill or injured children and infants in a babysitting sitting. Recommended ages for this class is 12- 16, students who take this class will receive certification, minimum number of students 3 maximum is 10. This class does not certify students in First Aid or CPR.

Includes book and certification card.

Building a Spending Plan that Works - Budgeting Basics

This class is designed to help you learn how to create a monthly spending plan that works.

Learn the basics of setting up a budget, tracking what you spend, and making adjustments to your plan when an emergency arises.

You will be provided a free workbook (a $30 value) with sample budgeting worksheets and spending registers to track your monthly spending. Let us help you find extra money "hiding" in your budget.

This couse will be taught by Family Financial Education Foundation's Certified Credit Counselors.
